What to Expect When You Contact Wikota
We treat every inquiry as the beginning of a project conversation, not a sales call. Here is what happens after you submit your inquiry or pick up the phone:
- A member of our business development team will review your inquiry and promptly respond
- We will schedule a discovery call to understand your project scope, timeline, budget parameters, and technical requirements
- Where applicable, we will conduct a site visit or preliminary engineering review before providing a project estimate
- You will receive a clear, itemized proposal outlining our approach, deliverables, schedule, and cost — no black-box pricing
There is no obligation at any stage of this process. Our goal in the initial conversation is to determine whether Wikota is the right fit for your project — and to give you the information you need to make that determination on your end.
What to Have Ready Before You Reach Out
The more context you can share upfront, the faster we can provide meaningful guidance. Having the following information available will help us give you a useful first response:
- Project type (EPC, fabrication only, engineering and procurement, construction management)
- Industry and application (oil and gas, midstream, RNG, petrochemical, power generation, helium, other)
- Project location and site access conditions
- Anticipated start date and completion timeline
- Budget range or cost targets, if established
- Applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, NACE, or other)
- Any existing FEED documentation, P&IDs, or engineering drawings
If your project is still in early planning and you do not have all of this defined yet, that is fine. Our consultation and planning team is experienced in helping project owners scope and structure projects from the ground up.
