William has over 25 years in the energy industry and brings a diversified portfolio of experience to Wikota. His experience in the upstream, midstream, and renewables sectors of the energy industry is rare. Some of the companies he has been involved with over his career include Williams Companies, Southern Star Central Gas, Superior Pipeline, Tenawa Gas Processing, and Novilla RNG. Over the last 25 years he has held titles of construction manager, project manager, operations manager, VP Operations, and VP engineering & Construction. William has established significant years of leadership in the energy industry for operations, construction, and engineering design.
Jeremy Penka
VP of Construction
Jeremy has over 20 years in the energy industry. His diversified background has enabled him to lead construction and design teams to accomplish construction initiatives of RNG projects, helium projects, and midstream projects. He has held titles of director of construction, operations manager, maintenance manager in the midstream and renewables industries. During Jeremy’s career he has been involved with companies such as Tenawa gas processing and Novilla RNG. His mechanical abilities and experience in operations and construction allow him to manage construction projects to meet timelines and budgets set forth.
Michael Bogutzki
VP of Business Development
Michael has over a decade of experience in gas processing system design, business development, and technical sales, with a focus on renewable natural gas, hydrogen membrane systems, and various gas separation technologies.
Stony Seyferth
Director of Design
Stony brings 20+ years of design, fabrication, and site construction experience in the upstream, midstream, and downstream energy sectors as Sr. LeadMechanical/Process Designer.
Jamie Lapeyrouse
Director of Construction
Jamie brings 30+ years of onshore & offshore oil and gas construction experience. Jamie has held roles of Chief Inspector, Site Superintendent, Consultant, and Construction/Operations manager and maintains a CWI certification.
